Customisation Time
Every Book Embosser is made to order.
Please allow up to 7 days for us to customise and dispatch your item. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it has shipped.
UK Delivery
We offer free delivery across the UK.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you’ll receive full tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
International Delivery
We ship internationally using Evri and their trusted delivery partners.
Shipping costs £8.95 and typically takes 7–14 working days from dispatch.
Please note: any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Your Book Embosser will arrive in branded, gift-ready packaging – perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also access tracking from your order history.
Delays and Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
Returns and Address Changes
As each product is customised, we can only accept returns if there is an error on our part.
If you entered the wrong delivery address, just contact us before dispatch and we’ll update it for you.
