All embossers are customised to order. Please allow up to 7 days for us to create your embosser before dispatch.

We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, and international orders via Evri and partners.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery costs £8.95 and usually takes 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Please note: any import taxes or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Yes, we offer full customisation! You can upload your own design when ordering — as long as it's within a circle format or rectangle (depending on embosser chosen) format, we'll take care of the rest. In the builder, choose Upload Your Own in the design step and your artwork appears in the live preview straight away.

For best results, we recommend 2D designs with clean, high-contrast lines. If you're unsure whether your artwork will work well as an embosser, feel free to contact us before ordering — we're happy to advise.

Want something truly unique? You can also commission our in-house designers to create a bespoke design for you for just £9.95 — just choose Hire Us in the builder.

We offer a wide range of preset embosser designs where you can simply add your name, initials, or custom text. It's the quickest way to personalise your embosser without starting from scratch.

Browse the design categories in the builder — from animals and botanicals to classic Ex Libris borders and monograms — then type your text and watch it update in the live preview.

As our products are personalised, we can only accept returns if there is a fault or error on our part.

If something's wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address.

Yes, you can cancel before we start the customisation process. After that, we're unable to cancel as your item is being made specifically for you.

Our embossers are suitable for paper up to 150gsm. They're perfect for most book pages, stationery, or library inserts.

We offer embossers in rectangle or circle formats. Colour options include: green, gold, silver, black, rose gold, and pink.

You pick your handle colour in the Handle step of the builder, including our luxury handle finishes.

Yes. The builder shows a live preview of your embosser as you choose your design, text, font and orientation. On mobile, tap the preview thumbnail in the bar at the bottom of the screen to see it full size at any time.

Yes. Choose Generate a Design in the design step, describe what you'd like — for example "a fox curled up asleep on an open book" — and we'll create an embosser-ready design for you in seconds. You can then ask for tweaks until it's just right.

Generated designs are free to create, with up to 3 generations per day. If you'd rather a human designer took over, you can switch to Hire Us at any time.

Hire Us lets our in-house designers create a completely bespoke embosser design for you for £9.95. Choose Hire Us in the builder, tell us your idea in the brief and upload any reference images (optional). Then choose your handle and check out.

It's perfect for logos, family crests, pets, meaningful symbols or anything you can't find in our preset designs.

Our round embosser (approx. 4cm impression) is our most popular choice and suits classic seals, monograms and illustrated designs. The rectangle embosser gives more room for longer names, phrases and Ex Libris-style layouts. Our address embosser is designed for envelopes, letters and stationery.
