Gift voucher FAQs
How does the recipient redeem their gift?
Their gift card has a unique code and a link. They open it, break the wax seal, then design their embosser on our site. At checkout the gift covers everything you chose, so there's nothing more to pay.
How is the gift delivered?
Choose instant email to you (to forward or print), an email sent straight to them on a date you pick, or a printed card posted to any UK address. Every option is free.
Does the gift voucher expire?
Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the card and in every email, so there are no surprises.
What if they'd prefer a different embosser?
If you choose Their Choice of Shape, they can pick round or rectangle at no extra cost. If you choose a round embosser and they'd prefer a rectangle, they simply pay the small difference at checkout.
Can they add extras when they redeem?
Yes. They can add gold or silver embossing stickers, our custom design service or anything else from the shop, and only pay for what isn't already included in their gift.
Will they see how much I paid?
No. They see what you've given them, such as a personalised book embosser with stickers, never a price or monetary balance. Your receipt is sent only to you.
