We take pride in creating high-quality, customised book embossers, and want you to be completely happy with your order.

Returns

As each embosser is made to order, we are only able to accept returns in the event of a manufacturing error or fault.
We are not able to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect details submitted by the customer (e.g. misspelled names, wrong design selected)

If you believe there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a clear description and photo if possible. We’ll always do our best to put things right.

Replacements

If we’ve made an error or there’s a problem with your embosser, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
In some cases, we may request the item be returned before issuing a replacement.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before we begin customising your embosser.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel.

Once the customisation process has started, we’re unable to offer a cancellation or refund unless there’s an error on our part.

Address Errors

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
We can update the address any time before dispatch. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses once your order has been sent.
