Shipping & Delivery
All of our embossers are individually customised to order. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch as we prepare your design with precision. Once ready, UK orders are shipped free via Royal Mail Tracked 24, so your embosser usually arrives the next working day after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.
We also offer international shipping for £8.95, using tracked services via Evri and their global partners. Delivery times vary, but typically take 7–14 days from dispatch. Please note: we’re not responsible for any customs fees or import duties. If your order seems delayed, just get in touch after 10 days and we’ll follow it up right away.
